    Flights are not included in the standard package. We can help you find the best fares to your departure city, but airfare is booked separately so you have full flexibility on dates and carriers.
    Booking a tour with TripNavigator is simple. Visit our website and browse through our selection of tours. Once you find a tour that interests you, click on it to view the details and availability. From there, you can follow the prompts to secure your booking and make the necessary payment.
    You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your scheduled tour. Cancellations made within 7 days are subject to a partial refund, based on the cook's individual policy shown at checkout.
    Once a booking is confirmed, a private message thread opens between you and your cook. You can use it to share dietary notes, ask questions, or coordinate arrival times.
    Many cooks welcome custom requests. Look for the "custom menu" badge on a cook's profile, or simply ask through the message thread after booking.
    We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.
    Some cooks require a small deposit to confirm larger group bookings. Any deposit amount is always shown clearly before you confirm.
    Every cook completes an identity check, a food safety review, and an in-person or video tasting before joining the platform.
    Our support team is available by chat and email seven days a week. You'll find the contact option in your account menu at any time.
    Fill out the "Become a Cook" form with your experience and cuisine focus. Our team reviews every application and follows up within 5 business days.
    You'll need your own knives and small tools. Larger equipment is either provided at the venue or arranged with the host in advance.
    Payouts are released within 2 business days after a completed booking, directly to your linked bank account.
    ChefMate takes a flat 12% service fee on completed bookings, already reflected in the price you set.
